When we talk about holistic healing, light language activation and healing deserve a mention. To give you some insight into how light language healing works, it involves vibrational transfer occurring at the physical as well as subtle energetic levels of your body. You receive the energy transmitted via a channel, face-to-face, or remotely through a recorded or live audio-visual medium. What a light language activation program does is create a potential pathway for you to heal. The transmitted vibrations you receive, facilitate healing within you.

The ultimate goal is to promote the natural healing process all of us possess as vibrational beings. When you have the right intentions, the healing process only gets amplified. In our shine your light program, we tell you how to access and activate the innate natural healing process through the light language.

"blog-1-1"

We begin by setting the right intentions.

Before the light language activation begins, you need to ask yourself a question- what do you want to heal? It can be anything, from emotional pain and physical ailment to issues with family or a negative life experience that is weighing you down. Ensuring that this intention is clear is crucial for successful transmission. For clarity, you may say it out loud or write it down.

Now, we release the set intentions.

Releasing the intentions is equally important as setting them. You do not need to sit with clenched hands while receiving the transmissions. Be relaxed, acknowledge your intentions, and move on. Let yourself be in a neutral state to receive the energy being transmitted from the channel.

Allow yourself to feel your heart’s energy.

In a light language activation program, the transmissions you receive are for your highest good and are guided by your very own higher self. You may lie down or be comfortably seated. Try to feel your heart. Concentrate on your heartbeat or its rhythmic rising and falling as you breathe. You may also try placing your hands over the center of your chest and let them rest in that position for a while. Call out to your spiritual guide, angels, God as you enter the state of calmness before the transmission begins.

Finally, receive the transmission.

As you relax, the light language will work on your subtle energy level. From sensations like tingling and muscle twitching to a sudden recollection of a memory or an unexpected thought, your body will experience and feel different things during the energy transmission. In some cases, however, you may not feel anything. No need to get alarmed; your higher self sometimes does not indicate what’s actually going on. But rest assured, the transmission will interact with you and unfold as per the Divine timing.
