The first Golden Light Wellness Forum will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida. Located within Orlando International Airport (MCO), the venue offers exceptional convenience for both local and out-of-town guests, making it easy to arrive, connect, and enjoy a full day of wellness, inspiration, and community. On-site parking is available in the airport parking lot at Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Bhavna is the Creator of The Golden Light Method, Transformational Coach, Hypnotherapist, Yoga Teacher, Access Consciousness Practitioner, Reiki Grand Master Teacher, and International Speaker. She helps people heal, transform, and reconnect with their purpose through holistic practices that inspire greater self-awareness, empowerment, and positive change.

Jennifer Fitzgerald is an herbal alchemist and founder of If The Herb Fitz, a botanical wellness company devoted to restoring the relationship between people and plants. Her work blends herbal wisdom, handcrafted teas, botanical wellness, education, and personalized guidance to help people reconnect with nature, embrace intentional daily rituals, and cultivate greater harmony in mind, body, and spirit.

Who should attend?
The Golden Light Wellness Forum is open to anyone interested in wellness, personal growth, leadership, and meaningful connections. Whether you’re a wellness professional, entrepreneur, community leader, or simply looking to be inspired, you’re welcome to join us.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. This event is for guests ages 16 and older only. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted.
What is included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes access to the sessions and experiences based on the pass you purchase. Please refer to the ticket details for a complete list of inclusions.
What should I wear?
Business casual or smart casual attire is recommended. Comfortable shoes are encouraged as you’ll be exploring the Wellness Village and participating in activities throughout the day.
Will food and beverages be provided?
Golden Light Pass holders receive a welcome breakfast with bagels and coffee. VIP ticket holders also enjoy a dinner reception and one welcome drink.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. Tickets are transferable to another person — contact us before the event with the new guest's name.
What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused tickets. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new event date.
How can I become a vendor or sponsor?
We welcome wellness businesses, practitioners, and organizations interested in participating. Please contact us to learn more about available vendor and sponsorship opportunities.
